Midi Mute not working as expected

Hi,
Midi Mute is not working as expected.
Test the following:
on Push:
-Create a Midi Track without Instrument.
Create some Notes, Longer Notes, and shorter notes, ovelapping notes, chords .. ect. some notes.
-Create a Midi Track with a new Plugin .. Analog init preset.. for example.
Configure Midi Input of this track - input from track 1 so that the notes from track 1 are playing the Synth on Track 2 .. enable Monitoring on this track ..
otherwise there is no sound.
Save and Export that in Ableton.
Hit Play on Ableton, as you mute Track 1 during play .. Ableton stops sending Midinotes .. and ableton sends Note off for all Notes. Synth sound will stop.
Hit play on Push.. as you mute Track 1 during play .. currently playing notes will stuck for ever.. no additional notes are played. But the sound will never end because no note off is send.
You can also use a Midi Monitor to verify that.
Thing is the most easy way to test it.
I am running in this problem with my external Synthesizers connected to my Mixingdesk.
