I have the CV input set to sustain pedal but it's not working. Is it me or does anyone else have the same problem. The pedal works on my other midi keyboard but not on the push 3.

I figured it out. Wrong input. It's on the left and not on the right like the push 2.

Plug into left side number 2 port. Change cv settings to sustain.

Does the sustain pedal have a polarity switch on it?

If you can try with another pedal just to check this isn't the problem.
Even a simple touch (which something metallic) on a bare bones jack cable plugged into the footswtich input is supposed to work.
Otherwise this might be a HW issue and you'd want to contact Support

Try depressing the sustain pedal as you’re plugging it in, that can fix polarity issues on pedals without switches

I'm having the same problem, where I've plugged in the pedal to port 2 and the sustain pedal is not working. anyone here found a solution yet?

This reminds me of a time when I was troubleshooting a network problem at a remote distribution center. A whole rack of equipment wouldn't power on, so I was trying to troubleshoot it with some random person on the other end. So I asked her if she had anything she could plugin to the power outlet. So she said "yeah, I've got a fan over here". I said great, plug that into to the outlet. She does and then she says "dang, now the fan is broken".
