Jog wheel on push 3

Hey everyone,
I just recently got my push 3 and I noticed something on the jog wheel where I don’t know if it’s just my device or it‘s kind of „normal“. So for example if I want to navigate through my clips, when I click left it goes smoothly but clicking right I really need to push it hard to go right. Do you think this is an hardware issue? Is anyone facing the same behavior?

Is the click physically harder to the right, or does is just react badly?

It reacts badly. Left click feels normal. Right one i need tu push really hard to make it work.

I had the same issue, sent them a video and they confirmed a hardware issue.
It's taken about 4 weeks to get a new unit and I should receive today...

This is a normal waiting time for Ableton support. You will certainly wait a week longer.

when you have this problem, that it not always responds when you click the jogwheel to the right or left, it must react even little force.
i had the same problem, i have now a replacement. it is assemblage issue.
one switch... but it kills the workflow, and of course you want a perfect unit.
o already answered, in my case it did take longer only because of me, or else i had a replacement sooner.
but support is swamped. still i get answers quite fast.
