Projects on Push 3 - but I never transferred them

Here's another thing I've experienced, throwing it to the forum to see if anyone else has. Planning on raising a support ticket with Ableton too.
There are a number of projects showing on my Push 3 (Standalone) that I NEVER transferred across. The weird thing is they show up on Push's browser but not on the Push browser within Live - so I have no way of deleting them. As I understand it there is no way of deleting projects on the hardware.
If I open the project they have nothing in it - none of the audio or midi tracks are there, it's just like a shell of the project file randomly transferred over without any of the content.
Any ideas much appreciated.
