Start and stop external hardware sequencers in grid

Hi! I have a couple of hardware synths/ beat boxes ( korg minilogue XD, microfreak, model samples and drumbrute impact.) I love the workflow of their own sequencers and I don't want to sequence them from Ableton , but I want to control these sequencers, at least the start and stop function by Ableton. Now the problem is how can I start and stop every individual sequencer as if they were midi tracks made in ableton in grid. For example if the grid is 4/4 I want to start the second sequence at the point of the second fourth and the 3rd one at the third forth. ( I hope my question was somehow clear , I am not super advanced both in music production and english hehe). Of course they are all connected with midi through a midi hub from Ableton to the synths.
