Record button, too stiff ?

Hi !
I have this thing that's bugging me since I got my Push 3. I find the "record" button too stiff and hard to push. Sometimes it doesn't even register, and I (too) often find myself pressing it multiple times until I register. No need to say it makes live recording a bit tedious and unreliable... I wanted to know if other people experience this ?

That doesn't sound right. It should feel the same as other buttons, and more importantly it should register every time you press it.
You might want to contact Support, maybe there's a hardware problem.
But curious to know what's other people's experience too.

There is a bug (I reported it).
You have to press it twice after changing the record state of a track. Super annoying

The curious thing is that sometimes it works on the first try, while other times you have to do it twice. However, with a pedal it never works on the first try: you always have to do it twice (which makes the looping experience completely frustrating)
