PUSH 3 midi ports not showing up

Trying to control outboard gear using my steam deck running Windows and Ableton 11.3.4
When I go to set up my midi out ports for my push 3, the midi ports are not populated.

How is your P3 connected to Live? Stock USB-C cable, or another cable, or via adapters etc?
Also, you should definitely update to the latest L11.3.11, a lot of stuff have been fixed in the P3 area in L11.3.10 specifically.
