Lost "CV Tools Intro" Pack

Hi!
I followed the "Reset Push to factory settings" procedure and now I can't find the pack CV Tools Intro anywhere.
Any suggestions, work around, solution?

Edit: I am running on the Live Intro license

Just install the full CV Tools pack; it contains the P3 presets.

Not available. I have chosen the Live Intro license.
That is fine for CV Tools Intro, if I could find it, but Intro is not enough to download the full CV Tools pack.

Ah ok.
I can't remember what's supposed to happen in this case, sorry. If the pack's not available even after a reboot or two, then that might be on omission on the "reset to factory" process for Intro licenses.

Thanks for forwarding. At this point I have other contacts with support such as the noise issue on my Push, so I'm not submitting this CV pack issue to them as of now.

You should definitely let them know if you already in contact with them anyway.
