Hello ,
I am an Ableton Live 11 and Win 10(64) user.Yesterday, i bought UAD monthly subscription and installed them with UAD application.(no uad hardware required for this plugins).I am using Motu.Bought a project file from my friend to work together and opened it.Everything is ok but i am getting an UAD error message just like “ Vst 2 plugin could not be found “
All Uad plugins appear in my vst3 folder after installing and works great.I re-scaned vst2 and vst3 folder with Ableton but it does not work.
What is the problem?
Can you help me with this?I need to fully open this project file.

VSTs have a default and a user directory.
Maybe yours are in the other one?
Are you able to find your plugins in Live's Browser?

Yeah sure.I can see them only vst3 in my live browser and they are working but i can not open them with my firend's project file.

It’s possible that even though the plug ins are called the same thing, the ones that run on the hardware are actually different versions. You might want to ask UAD to confirm.
