CPU spikes after updating to 11.3.11. on Win 10

I have seen a lot of updates lately. 11.3.9 and 11.3.10 were fine but along came 11.3.11 and I have CPU spikes all over the place. I have changed nothing on my side
. Really, really disappointing because I have been seeing the best performance of Live ever as of late and have been more happy with Live than ever. Now this- :cry: :cry: :cry:
