Random Tempo Glitch

the weirdest thing keeps happening where whenever i click to adjust my tempo it automatically sets to 20bpm. No im not using a default set, no my midi controller is not affecting it, and i have the latest download for live. I tried closing the application and re-running it but the problem persists.
