does any body see what i see:

at first the drag and drop/copy functions do fine when first opened, but if i could get numerous people to test my theory it would help confirm its not just mine.
do this:
-open live five
-fill up four tracks with four sample same/diff doesnt matter
-doesnt have to be long maybe a couple bars worth
-highlight a section
-hit option+click on any part of the section and just start drag copying all over
-just do that numerous times and if your like me, it will crash after about 5 times or so
let me know i keep writting this in to ableton with hopes that it is a bug that needs to be fixed, i wrote it in several times during the beta stages also, if your like me i think it is a very major bug that should be fixed, specially now that L5 is released to public, i mean that is like one of the biggest perks of live is the ability to drag/copy/duplicate on the fly like that...............

thnx for the help!!![/list]

I forced my band to use Live 5 last night after very little rehearsal testing and it crashed in the middle of a song due, I believe to, this copy paste thing. Live has never crashed on us during performance in almost 2 years. It was disheartening, embarrasing, and it pissed us off. Setup is:
iMac G5 1.6 Ghz
1.25 RAM
Presonus Firestation
Live 5 with Reason Rewired
I'll try to send the crash log later.
Help!
David

Hello qoile and dh187,

please be sure you using the latest Live 5 version, 5.0.1.

Furthermore because you are both on OS X, please send me the crash log file of Live together with your forum name and the name or link of this thread.

The crash log can be found here:
/Users/YOURUERNAME/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Live.crash.log

Alex
