Disable sending CC signals for status of mapped items?

Hi guys.
I am bumping in a strange issue and cannot find explanation anywhere in documentation or google.
(Live Suite 11.3.13 )
Lets say I:
1) Create an empty midi clip
2) Map Midi CC signal to it (for example CC 50 / 1-MIDI / Slot 1 )
3) Launch the clip just with a mouse.
All my connected midi devices with Remote checkbox start to recieve the same CC signal I had used for mapping, in cycle, each time when clip loop restart.
Same happens for example for Mute Track control or some other controls:
1) Assign MIDI CC signal to Mute of some of the track (Lets say CC 55 / 1-MIDI | Mixer / Speaker On )
2) enable disable track by mouse
3) each time I enable or disable track - Ableton emits CC same signal used for mapping, with different values - 0 for disabling 127 for enabling
Looks like Ableton tries to report mapped item's state to other midi devices, or something like that. But I really do not need that.
Worst of all, I cannot mute it. It does the same even if I have only one MIDI track, with No Input and No Output.
These unnecessary CC signals are messing all my setup, and I would be really glad to get rid of them, and somehow mute these messages.
How can I disable those sends (considering that disabling remotes is not an option)?
