Push 3 top left encoder loose

Hi,
I can’t find anybody else having same question so i thought i might make post about it.
My encoders on push standalone have different resistance from left to right. For example top left encoder is really loose compared to top right. Top right feels great but the more i go towards left the more looser it gets.
Encoders function fine, they do not jump, especially loose ones “which are from left first 3-4 encoders” but i was wondering if anybody else is having same issue and if its normal? I feel like paying 2k for device there should be no such thing but i don’t want to make big deal if everybody else has same experience Even tho i think it’s kinda embarrassing theres no quality control for such an expensive device.
Thanks in advance
