Save "unintentional functionality" AKA bug?

HI all,
(Push 3SA)

A very simple project containing a Single Track = 1 Simpler with 1 Audio FX Rack [Dry signal and FX chain - Delay, Reverb, Overdrive] Created on the computer (OSX), transferred to Push 3.
Every time I try to load a new project or shut down P3 it asks Do you want to save? If I hit the green Save - nothing happens... the menu stays up and does react to Don't Save and Cancel, just not to Save.
The only way to save is to SHIFT+Save to create a numbered version copy and then choose "Don't Save"...

An my question is:
HUH?

Cheers.

Doesn't look right indeed?
Are you using the release or beta version of P3S software?

I can confirm this behavior with the following scenario;

1 track
Current beta
Attempting to use a m4l device as transferred from a Mac live session

The m4l device is program changer - when loading it claims I found - I hotswap it to reload it and it loads properly

Cannot save the project - shift save saves the project but when loading the new project only one of the 3 controls for the device appears rendering it unusable

I have also tried this with a few other m4l devices when loading the transferred project I can add the devices back and they function perfectly but cannot save. When I save as new the devices are all broken showing none of the macros or only 1-2

Can record a video later if helpful - will report formally if the original poster is also using the beta but I was having this issue prior and updated to the beta to see if it improved the use of simple m4l devices.

Not sure if the saving issue is related to the devices or the transfer from desktop
