limit Odb faders Novation Launch Control XL

Actually, when I push the faders of my Novation Launch Control XL to the max I have +6db. How to limit the faders at 0db when I push it to the max ? Any tricks ?
Run with ABLETON LIVE Suite 11

Add a utility device to each track and set it to -6db

CTRL+M or CMD+M when the browser is open, after you've assigned your XL fader to one of Live's faders.

Bu then you won't be able to use it as a control surface.
