Hi!

Apologies if my question is too much OCD but does your jog wheel have a bit of play upwards?
It’s tricky to explain, but if you pull the top part of jog wheel does it actually move a little?

Secondly, when you turn your jog wheel slowly is the clicking sound with each 'step' similar volume or there are 'steps' where the click is almost silent?

But I think both are normal behaviour. No worries about this.

Just to be sure - "2. Yes, the same", meaning there are 'steps' where the click is almost silent?

Pretty sure that's what they meant yeah.
I can confirm btw; I wouldn't say "silent", but some steps are way less clicky than others
