Is there a trick with turning on Push 3? Power button doesn’t always work?

I’m finding it more and more difficult to turn on the Push 3. Do I have to hold it for more than 5 seconds or push the button in reeeally far? I’m worried about breaking it lol. It turns off perfectly, so I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Thanks!

Just push it lightly once, don’t hold it in.
