Hi there,
I recently got my push 3 and I've authorized it successfully. However it won't upgrade from Live intro even though I should have another activation available (it says so in my account). I went through the process as set out in the video, but instead of giving me the option to choose my suite, it just tells me that my authorization was successful.

I got push 3 specifically to use live suite so this is an issue for me.

Any ideas?

Is the wifi connection working or did you use an ethernet dongle to authorise the Push?

Wifi's working, it did authorise, it just didn't give me the option to select which version of live to use, so I still have the intro version, which makes it not as useful

You might want to just log into your Ableton account prior to doing the Authorization.
Reauthorize your main Live program, eg as on your computer, do that first via preference.

factory reset of the Push and go then through the Authorizing procedure again. software >> shift >> factory reset.
Im guessing you don't have anything major on the push and wont mind losing what's there.

[BTW When i Authorized the push, it didn't give me any kind of option either, eg it was nothing like the vid showing this,
it just used my Ableton default eg Live 11 suite, as on my Ableton account. ]

I got it working after a reset.
