Novation Launchkey - cannot disarm the track

Recently purchased Novation Launchkey-Mini Mk-III.
I am having issues with the track arming. When it's connected certain tracks have an ARM button enabled. when I click on it to disable the red with the black dot turns into red with the white dot, but I am no able to unarm the track. When I disconnect the device everything comes back to normal (on the same track). No issues with unarming. The moment I reconnect it problem comes back.
This happens only on MIDI tracks (not on Audio).

I have seen some other people complaining about this same problem and I have messaged Novation but so far no solution and this is so annoying that it simply prevents me from recording while the keyboard is connected. Updated the firmware, tried different settings (in Live Options) etc. no luck.
I wonder if anybody has a solution for this ?
