Clip playback scrub area capability on Push 3

I can't seem to find a way on Push 3 to move the play-head in a clip to hear different points in the clip, like when the scrub area is used in Abelton 11. This is rather important to me because I have some very long clips I'd like to move freely within to audition its various areas. This is possible using a mouse in Ableton 11 but the Push 3 doesn't seem to allow this freedom. I would think in clip view the jog wheel would allow you to do this by scrolling over to the area I want playback for and pressing down on the jog wheel to select the playback position, but that doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Did I miss something? Is there another way?

Play a clip, open clip view and move the start button to „scrub“ through the track

I think currently this is the only way.
If you don’t want to loose the 1.1.1. start point, dublicate the clip.
