after many years using Audiomulch first and Usine afterwards I'm checking how to create my processing setup in Live.
I would like to see if there are users willing to share their finds and practical use so to save me from mistakes in creating my patches.
I have a few questions:
-am I mistaken or the plugins in the same rack are processing in parallel? This is what I've read.
If yes, is there any chance to place them in series?
If it wouldn't be possible to place them in series, which strategy would you suggest so to be able to recall their respective state with a single midi command?
EDIT: I've just discovered they can be put in series.
-is it still true VST3 plugins from third parties have issues responding to midi program changes?
In this case, would you wait for Ableton to fix this or do you think Live's architecture allows you to get the same cpu pressure by using AU's or VST's instead of VST3's?
