Hi there,

The encoders on my Push 2 have become loose and glitchy and need replacing.
I am comfortable with stripping the unit down and soldering etc but would like some advice on where to acquire the correct encoders (UK ideally) or a suitable equivalent.

I am sure I am not alone with encoder issues so hopefully someone could give me some advice who has replaced theirs at some point.

You should ask Support imo!

I was having problems with my push 2 for different reasons. I contacted support for repairs. I sent mine in and they sent out a refurbished unit that was in pristine shape and functioned like new. I don’t remember the cost but I do remember it was reasonable and well worth it.
