I just got my brand new PC. I7-14700K, 32GB RAM, WINDOWS 11. Huge, random CPU spikes and audio dropouts occur even when the document is blank. It happens only when I use High performance power plan.
1. There are no other tasks in the background.
2. BIOS is up to date, so are every other driver/firmware.
3. I tried reinstalling NVIDIA drivers.
4. I tried a different USB port for my interface.
5. I tried running Live 11 as Admin.
6. I tried setting it to high priority.
7. I tried rolling back to 5 different previous versions.
8. Other DAWs like FL work perfectly fine.
9. All componentes are physically brand new and tested.
10. I tried disabling other drivers.
11. I scanned Windows for updates.
12. I tried different buffer sizes.
13. I ran Latencymon, nothing unusual.
14. I checked tempratures and cores activity.
I am helpless. What's going on?!

I had an I7-9700K until two days ago and everything was fine, I7-14700K is an absolute monster compared to it, and should handle High performance power plan just as well, and theortically do it much better.
