Streamline looper workflow

There are many steps if you looper stuff, some of which appear obsolete. As a pop-up option, you might choose to have looper cleared as you drag loop elsewhere. This saves you getting back to do that, especially useful if you have more things to do with the new loop.

Dragging the loop inbetween two tracks' headers might make a new audio track appear for dropping the loop.
If you end up dropping the loop elsewhere, this track would disappear. So that if see the track emerge and decide you want the loop elsewhere just keep dragging.
