Push standalone how to quantize selected notes

I feel like I’m missing something basic. I can select notes inside of a midi clip, I press quantize and the entire clip quantizes, instead of just the selected notes. How do I quantize only a small selection of notes?

I was also looking for this, but I don't think the functionality exists. Bumping this post if anyone knows if this is by design.

It’s in the push 3 reference manual:
Quantize – Press to quantize selected notes (or all notes in the clip if there is no selection). Hold Quantize and press a drum pad to quantize that pad’s notes. For audio clips, Quantize will affect transients. Press and hold Quantize to access the quantization settings.
Just not working

Yep, confirmed. Ran into the same problem last night.

A clarification: I'm finding that selecting/quantizing only certain notes is indeed possible, but only in drum racks. Can't really think of a good reason why it shouldn't work the same for melodic tracks though.
