A saw the thread earlier this morning, and I couldn't wait for you to chime in

At this point I feel like it's my duty.

It's Important to note that it wont just be any Tuesday, it's a very specific Tuesday.

If people look for clues they will find them. That's all I'm saying.

I've also heard rumours that Live 13 is already on the way and may be released before Live 12.

serious question—or more of a curiosity. have they really traditionally released on Tuesdays? I only have one Ableton release under my belt, so far.

I think it gives them all a twisted motivating smile at headquarters when they develop and fine tune Ableton Live thinking in the back of their head that the one thing they can surely count on is that it’ll be released on Tuesday.

In that case, preferably a Monday so the wait will be shorter.

Also, this coming Monday will be the 12th!

Tuesday makes sense to me, gives one day after the weekend (Ableton doesn't work weekends, German labor law and all that) to do last checks before the release, and leaves a number of work days afterwards to do marketing/support/education/etc. for the new version.

So it's Tuesday the 2nd April then......
