Is there somewhere I can learn all the new key commands?

I would swear I saw someone on youtube showing off a keyboard shortcut for expanding clip view and device view individually, so that you can use shortcuts to have them stacked on top of each other (as opposed to shift + tab to switch between them) without having to use the mouse, but I can't find it in the manual nor the changelog. From what I gathered from a developer's comments on the beta forum, they've also added new ways to navigate within the browser and lots of keyboard shortcut functions for the sake of accessibility for visually impaired people. I can't find this stuff anywhere.

Have you joined the Live 12 beta and downloaded the beta version?

Some of the new keyboard shortcuts are also commands in the menus, some you'll have to find in the release notes until the documentation is complete.

Hi, thanks for replying

I've downloaded the beta and looked through the release notes, the manual and the built-in lessons. I can't find what I'm looking for in there but that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't there. Guess I'll start combing through it some more.

Skip the manual, it's not been updated yet. Look at the view menu, and the new navigate menu.
Here are the release notes, search for "shortcut" for starters: https://www.ableton.com/en/release-notes/live-12-beta/
And read the Live 12 Beta forum.
