Ableton’s Equivelant to Logics Apply Project Tempo to Region

Hi,
I can find lots of articles on how to stretch clips to fit project tempo in Ableton, but nothing about stretching the project tempo to a live performance. Is this something that is possible in Ableton without manually editing every drum hit or guitar strum for example?
