Does creating projects in Beta 12 cause infringements when actual 12 comes?

I wonder this and I need experienced people who took place Ableton's previous releases to find an answer to this question.

I wanna start a new project in Beta 12 but I'm not sure if that project is gonna open when actual Live 12 is released. Any info?

With how far along the beta is now and how close we are to release I think you’ll be fine. I have a ton of important projects of my own that I’ve been using the beta for without worry.
