EastWest Opus not playing rhythms back correctly in Ableton

Hi all, does anyone use Opus with Ableton and have trouble getting it to play rhythms back correctly? This rhythm plays back about an eighth note late with legato articulations but plays correctly when set to staccato. It doesn't do this with other synths, such as operator. How might I go about fixing this?
