Make the browser window viewable on both windows when using the second screen option!

I would really like to drag samples and devices from a browser available in either screen. My current setup has a touchscreen laptop and a 50 inch monitor. I hate having to drag from across one screen to the other. It's a big langscape to cross going from a bigger screen to smaller (or vise versa) and I don't want to take my focus off one screen for the other at times. Would really be nice to have this option available. Being that the browser windows are collapsable, I don't think we have to worry about it taking up space and leaves the option for 1, 2, or no browser screens open to everyone!
