Live white strip on Windows 10 - not coherent with the rest of the visual appearance

Is this white strip in W10 suppose to stick out visually like that? It's completely out of coherence with the rest of the dark design

I'm not a Windows pro anymore (since more than 20 years). I'm using a Windows partition only for the sake of Ableton.


Anyway:

Isn't the color of the title bar of a window not managed by the OS, in this case Windows?

It should be, you're right - maybe it's beyond ableton's control
