Dear collective Wisdom,
I would like to create automation lanes externally and import them into Midi-Tracks. Is there a textfile-format? Or can I create a particular midifile for this purpose? I checked several Tutorials on Automation. But I didn't find find somebody mentioning this.

You could create a dedicated template with Midi tracks/clips and their automation/Midi CC
and then import those into your project...(via drag and drop from the browser)
