Deduplicate plugins

It would be great to have a PLUGINS preference to deduplicate plugins that exist in multiple formats.
Like if Arturia installs as VST2, VST3, and AU then I have three of every plugin. I don't want to remove a format completely because it might remove plugins for other vendors.
Instead, allow the user to choose a preference order and only show one plugin of each name. This would clean up a ton
