No Valid License Found for Live 11.3.22 suite

Hey everyone, hope all is well.

I need a little direction here. I recently bought the push 3 standalone with Live 12 suite.

The last version purchased was Live 10 Standard.
Am I correct in assuming that my issue is that the software installer is looking for software build 11.3.22 to upgrade from and since my MAC now has Live 12 suite it cannot make the software jump?

Do I need to get to build 11.3.22 to be able to upgrade to Live 12 suite?
I read somewhere a user had the same issue and Ableton issued them a live 11 serial so they could get to 11.3.22 to be able to upgrade to 12?

Live 12 for Push 3 standalone doesn't come out until this Tuesday, I'm assuming that will fix your issue unless I'm not understanding the issue correctly?

Thanks for that.. so I guess, play with the intro until Tuesday? That also explains why it’s not giving me a choice to select 12 once I input the code I see on the push to initiate authorization

You can try to contact support as well to make sure all your authorizations are showing correctly, but it might take awhile for them to get back to you:

I had the exact same issue with Push 3 SA losing its auth after an upgrade. No response from Ableton in over a week, but I joined the Push 3 beta, and 12.0b30 authed without any issues, so I'm using that until the official 12.0 image releases.

Just as an update, once 12 was released, I was able to successfully download and use Live 12 suite
