12.0.1 Session view navigation bug? feature?

Just finding my way around 12... I use arrow keys to move around clips a lot, and there is a new behavior where the cursor gets trapped in the Scenes / Master track when you right-arrow into the master track. You now have to use escape to return focus into the title bars in order to navigate back through the tracks. Pressing left-arrow while a scene is selected, the right-most track clip will be highlighted and show up in the clip editor, but the scene will remain in focus, and now you cannot return to showing the scene settings (follow actions, etc) unless you scroll all the way back up to the master track title bar. This is weird, unwieldy behavior, feels buggy. Am I missing something?

Otherwise I love the new keyboard functionality throughout!! Also I skipped from 10 to 12 so I have no idea if this was an issue in 11!
