How to start midi from the same bar that already playing?

Hello! From time to time I've tried to search info for the next case:
Midi playing on 3rd bar. I trigger another midi - it starts playing from first bar. So first midi on 3rd bar. And second on 1st bar.
I want second midi starts from 3rd bar. So they in sync. When they plays on different bars it like train wreck. How to make loop star to play from the bar that already playing? It really saves time when you trigger many loops in searching of ideas
