Max for live Error popups

Post by greenscreens » Sun Mar 17, 2024 10:50 pm

I get Max for Live error popups CONSTANTLY, all different types of devices... even error messages for devices that are not in the session. Its so incredibly frustrating, the window immediately instantiates full screen and you cannot click out of it, if you manage to get to minimize or close out the window it pops right back up. How tf can I use max for live and prevent this error message from behaving this way.

Are you using Granulator II in your set? If yes, then make sure to update it to the latest version which have an option to stop the window to pop up.

It doesn't matter that you don't see Granulator mentioned in the errors.
It's just that older versions of Granulator had a "debug" feature active by default, and this opens the Max console every time any M4L device produce an error or any message to the Max Console.
As I said, if Granulator II is part of your set, no doubt it's causing this. Just update it and it'll fix this issue.
