KONTAKT BIOSCAPE ISSUES

Wondering if anyone has the same issues I have been having since I purchased Luftrump Bioscape for Kontakt.
About 80% of the time when opening a project , the samples that are suppose to load into the project go missing and dont load. Therefore I have to remember the name of the preset go back into Bioscape, search for the preset . This happens with each instance of Bioscape in the project itself. It's become quite a pain. Has anyone else experienced this with Bioscape?
