So before, I've experienced several types of file corruption issues, but I think this is new.
I have a project I finished months ago. Now, I'm requested to make an edit for a label.
I open the project, and there is a file missing. Specifically a bounced audio file from a track that was frozen.
I can't understand WHY this would not be located in the project folder? I have to admit, my "Collect All and Save" routine isn't quite there,
but should I really have to worry about processed and recorded files?
Are there methods to getting the file back? It's quite crucial to the song.
I'm running EaseUS Recovery wizard now to see if I can find anything.
EDIT:
Ableton does indeed state that the file should be located in the project folder
