Folders with Tags in Collections?
I am not sure, if somebody has noticed, but when i add a folder with Tags in it to any Collection, the Tags are not available in the Collection view?

You probably have it hidden.
In the collections window you will find the title "collections" if you move the pointer next to it the "edit" option will appear. There you can hide or show all the labels by color

Tags only apply to files not folders. If you open the folder you tagged in the Collection you should see it's contents. Select a file and it's tags should be there.
Alternatively, you can add the folders content to the collection.
If you try to tag folders in your Places, you'll see all the options are disabled.
