External Instrument - Hardware Latency only full ms

Hi,

I wanted to setup a new external Instrument in Live 12 but as Hardware Latency i can only change to full miliseconds. No comma decimals possible. In Live 11 this was possible. Is that a bug or a new „feature?

Have to check this myself, but you can always switch to samples instead of ms
