When I try and scan for my softube vst3 plugins I get an error message saying:
A serious problem has occurred.
Live will shut down after this message is closed.
Please restart Live and follow the instructions in the Report a crash lesson that will appear in Live's help View.
Essentially I can't use most of my softube plugins as Live won't even scan them properly. Softube support has been no help. This is occuring under both Live 11 and Live 12 on PC in windows 10.

Its happening on about 50+ softube plugins, they work fine in other DAWs and everything is installed in the default locations.

What does it mean? Did they answer you at least? What did they say?
