Live 12 Export / Freeze delay FX possible bug?

Hey gang, I hope you're all well. Apologies in advance if my responses are a little on the belated side.
There's perhaps a frustrating bug that I'm wondering if anyone else has come across. I'm nowhere near skilled enough to problem solve this, but just keen to know if it's user error or a legit bug before troubling support.
Got a track using the preset Dawn Shimmers from Creative Extensions, instrument is Tension preset: Sitar Basic. If I freeze & flatten the track or export it, the delay is wildly out of sync. It's perfectly fine in playback, and if I route the output & record everything into an empty audio track, it's still behaving properly.
