Live 12 won't open on Sonoma - stuck on "Starting Max"

Hi

I just upgraded to Sonoma and now Live 12 won't open.

It gets as far as the "Starting Max..." text, then the beach ball icon appears and Live seems to freeze.

Can anybody help?

Running native or rosetta? Upgraded from what macOS? Silicon processor? Updated the plugins?

This shouldn't be an issue anymore, but just in case: are you connected to the internet when this happens?
