Ableton 12 crashes on save(empty project)

Just upgraded to 12 Suite on Win10- Live Suite 11 works perfectly on my system-

Open Live 12- Try to save project and Live not responding- have to force quit
Open Live 12- Try to save project as and Live not responding- have to force quit
Open Live 12- try to open a project and Live not responding- have to force quit

Open Live 11- everything works fine

Nothing else has changed on my PC besides installing Live 12-

Have already tried all the steps listed to fix crashes- my 12 install has no plugins loaded- have already uninstalled/reinstalled several times-

Any ideas? Thanks

Have you already found a solution?

Or does anyone else have an idea?
The problem isn't just with saving, but affects all the "functions" that say Live 12, Windows select a folder.

- Save
- save as
- collect everything and save
- export midi
- set all the different paths in the options (cache, own vst, userlib)
- select search folder for missing sounds
- etc.
