LIVE12 crashes using PSPaudioware VST3-Plugins - Ableton LIve Support not responding at all

LIVE12 (like LIVE11) crashes after a while when using PSPaudioware VST3-Plugins.. I opened a support-ticket 11 days ago and posted several crash reports, but Ableton is not responding at all. According to PSPaudioware it´s a LIVE issue.

Which plugins are causing the crash?

i think all (did not test all ... i use vst2 instead of vst3 in the meantime). Remember LIVE crashing using PSP 285; PSP Xenon, PSP InfiniStrip WIND; PSP oldTimerMB, PSP E27, Vintage Warmer2; PSP BinAmp ...

VST3-Handling in LIVE seems to be buggy.

Did you check those plugins are up-to-date?

Yes of course. It's a known Issue with Live. VST3 Support is buggy in Live. I hoped they fixed it with Live12 but they did not. Sadly they dont answer my Supportticket.

What was the response from PSP support?

They say Abletons VST3-Implementation is buggy and causing the crashes. They have not found a way to fix it.

Abletonsupport is not responding at all.

To be honest, I find that response a little disappointing from PSP as all other vendors do not seem to have that issue…
