How to create Groove files from FL Studio Swing?

Im trying to make FL Studio Swing Groove presets.

What would be the best method to capture the displacement generated by FL's Swing feature?

so far i rendered hat one shots out 16th/8th/etc in the pattern generator and then i tried to do audio to MIDI via drum mode, but thats not very good in the result. Any other ideas how to capture the Groove?
manual setting the notes for the groove works, but it is very time consuming ...
