How to stop Abl. sending cc midi clip content when clicking

I setup a midi clip that sends the cc address 105 at 127 value using the clip envelope. It works ok and when the playhead rolls through the envelope the cc values are sent. I can see it firing with a midi monitor on the same track.

Trouble is that that cc message is sent also if the transport is stopped and I simply click with the left mouse button in an area of the time covered by the clip, even if I click on another track and even if the transport is stopped: does anybody know why this happens and how to avoid that?

Is seems something like the midi preview that works in the midi editor but that's disabled and here I'm not in the editor anyway...
